PSD2 Directive

"Open Banking" comes as a result of Directive (EU) 2366/2015 /PSD2/. It enables personal and business customers to share their data securely with banks and Third Party Providers, which perform the payment initiation services, account information provision services and confirmation of funds services. The data is shared via dedicated Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

MyFin, as part of the PSD 2 efforts provides:

Testing facility based on "Berlin Group" and BISTRA standards and available for authorised Third Party Providers to test API access, on the following address: https://psd2dev.myfin.bg/myfin/psd2 (opens in new tab)

Statistical Information

API Portal for PSD2 and Service Providers

MyFin will publish quarterly statistical information comparing the availability of interfaces provided to MyFin's payment service users for direct online access to their payment accounts, starting from 01.01.2023.
